Role Overview

The E-Commerce Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of a D2C business, ensuring smooth website management, order processing, customer support, inventory coordination, and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Website & D2C Operations

- Manage daily operations of the Shopify website and backend
- Ensure products, collections, banners, and pricing are updated regularly
- Coordinate order processing, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches and deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory updates

Customer Experience

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and support channels
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve the shopping experience
