Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Lead to drive continuous improvement across our eCommerce landscape, which consists of multiple Scrum teams, including pricing, product content & publication, webshops, sales channels, dropshipping & B2B, order management, customer service, and (email) marketing.

The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, data-driven, hands-on professional with a strong sense of ownership who can drive meaningful change by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our processes align with business objectives and regulations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.

Job Description

• Change Management & Execution : Act as a Change Manager, ensuring that process improvements are successfully implemented. Drive adoption, document, provide training, and remove roadblocks to ensure sustained change.
