Overview:
Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking an Senior Echocardiographer to join the Non-invasive Lab Team!
Shift: Part time - 8 hour shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Call Required.
Position Overview:
Unit has 5 rooms for Echos. Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and will also work with patients at the bedside.
Required Education:

• Bachelor's Level Degree, Associate's Level Degree - CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma.
• Echo Tech experience in lieu of education: Yes

License and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support Required
• Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 mont...
