The Senior Associate supports the end-to-end Corporate Actions lifecycle for Prime Brokerage clients, including event monitoring, scrubbing, notifications, election management, booking, reconciliation, and break resolution. The role ensures accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to operational controls while coordinating with custodians, agents, internal teams, and clients.
