The EAL Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the school’s EAL program to support students whose first language is not English. The role ensures that EAL students receive appropriate language instruction, interventions, and accommodations to succeed academically and socially. The EAL Coordinator works closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure a consistent, effective, and compliant EAL framework aligned with SPEA standards.

Key Responsibilities
