Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and drive revenue growth on our e-commerce platform.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and bundle products to increase average order value and maximize sales revenue.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and product categories with high potential for GMV optimization.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, promotions, and incentives to encourage larger and more frequent purchases and increase GMV.
• Optimize product merchandising and placement on the e-commerce platform to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and GMV.
