The Role

This is a hands‐on role for someone in their e‑commerce career who wants to grow into product and digital growth. You will support the improvement of our Retail E‑commerce App and B2B E‑commerce App, working closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, finance, operations) to enhance UI/UX, customer experience and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail E‑commerce App (UAE, Bahrain & Qatar)
• Support UI/UX enhancements: navigation, search, product pages, checkout flow
• Help coordinate requirements and testing with IT / developers
• Work with the marketing team to execute e‑commerce specific campaigns and promotions
• Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements
• Support customer‑centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
