Responsibilities - Handle daily operations, including packing and preparation of customer orders
- Manage dispatch of international orders
- Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain organised rack arrangements
- Support stock replenishment for the retail store
- Process walk-ins, exchanges, and returns
- Uphold team efficiency and ensure operations run smoothly within required timelines
