They are looking to hire e-Commerce Manager, Singapore & Malaysia, reporting to the Business Head. This role leads an important role in driving its online presence and business. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of online sales channels, including major marketplaces and brand-owned e-commerce platforms Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversion rates Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for Singapore/ Malaysia markets to drive online sales and brand growth Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies Manage and guide e-commerce service providers to deliver against annual sales targets and operational efficiency goals
