We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead / Functional Architect who combines strong consulting and solution design skills with the ability to engage customers, lead workshops, and shape successful business outcomes.

This is a senior customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with customers to understand their business challenges, define solution strategies, and lead the functional delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Working closely with customers, project teams, and senior stakeholders to design and deliver best‑practice Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
