This is a technical position responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of textile production machinery in the dyeing and finishing laboratory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct or perform product development, sample production, and testing services in various areas of the Textile Technology Center.Schedule lab personnel to facilitate the process of completing customer projects.Schedule, initiate, and complete customer projects. Establish and maintain a cost system based on time, materials, equipment, and staffing.Train and supervise technicians as needed.Accept responsibility for managing situations and problems.Order supplies.Prepare travel requests, leave requests, reimbursement requests, supply requisitions, and equipment requisitions for the Dyeing and Finishing Lab.Process samples for customers as req...
