**Job Summary:**

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Operates manual and automated equipment to assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations. Follows standardized work and processes documentation. Participates as team members to operate and manage assembly to meet the safety, quality, cost and delivery goals and acts as an active member of the team and takes on team representative role responsibilities. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks that are defined as part of the production work.
