We are seeking a Division Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead our Global Sales, Application Engineering, After Sales & Marcom teams. We're looking for a change agent that is high energy, results oriented, hard driving with ability to establish rapport with others on a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates, builds, develops, reviews, manages and improves our sales team and sales representatives (Channel partners) globally.Drives team to aggressively retain and grow existing customers as well as find and develop new prospects in their regions. Focus on expanding our presence in regions outside of Europe. Owns the monthly Sales Forecast and Opportunity pipeline.Establish a culture in the sales organization that is results focused.
