Overview
The successful incumbent will be responsible for teaching non‑Dutch speakers and facilitating cultural knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take training material and bring it to life in a positive, engaging, and impactful manner.
Qualifications
- 1 year/s + Education / Training Experience (Preferred)
- Matric or Equivalent (Essential)
- Training Certificate/Diploma (Advantageous)
- Previous Training and Content Development experience (Advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to drive and monitor competency rates in L&D
- Experience in curriculum design (Preferred)
- Essential Requirement - Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch, with strong verbal and written skills to support training and development initiatives.
