Your Profile
You speak Dutch at a C1 level and English at a B2 level (for training purposes).
No specific experience required, but 1 year in customer service or a financial institution is preferred.
You’re tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and a natural multitasker.
You're ready to handle a variety of customer queries – from login issues to buyer/seller protection claims.
Your Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking PayPal users via calls, emails, or messaging.
Resolve queries related to declined payments, account access, and purchase disputes.
Assist customers with PayPal’s buyer and seller protection policies.
Tackle more complex cases as part of the Tier 2 team, including fraud resolution.
