Picup, our system integration partner that specialises in last-mile delivery and online management software seeks an Infield Supervisor for George and Cape Town.

The Driver Supervisor isresponsible for driver performance, driver branding, driver supply and client satisfaction
relating to our delivery as a service. This role is pivotal in building trust and loyalty with one ofour biggest clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Performance: Oversee driver performance metrics and identify opportunities forimprovement. Collaborate with underperforming Independent Contractors to craft actioplans for improvement, while duly recognising and rewarding top-performing drivers.
