This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining drivers to support ongoing operational growth and continuity within the Road business.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Negotiable)
Contract: Permanent 
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence Essential

The Role:

As a Driver Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for drivers from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding and retention. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent supply of qualified, engaged drivers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
