Position Overview
Responsibilities - Safely operate a light vehicle ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and safety protocols on every journey.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to maintain vehicle integrity and safety.
- Plan and navigate routes efficiently to optimize delivery times while minimizing fuel consumption and wear on the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage and delivery schedules, contributing to effective fleet management.
- Manage deliveries and notify clients; unload and load small items.
Qualifications - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are a plus.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and responsibility behind the wheel.
