Driver Helper

**Position Summary:**
Waste Connections is looking for a safety-conscious **Driver Helper** to join our team. This role involves assisting the driver with residential and/or commercial route collections while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.

**Job Duties:**

+ Ride on the back of the truck and assist the driver on collection routes
+ Collect and dump residential and/or commercial waste and recyclables
+ Safely load and unload materials into the truck
+ Navigate routes and assist with directions as needed
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operations at all times
+ Provide courteous and professional service to customers
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

+ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
