Position Overview
- Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs against intended customer use cases.
- Support the design and implementation of Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress testing for high-value components.
- Perform statistical analysis of test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression) and prepare clear, structured reports.
- Evaluate component quality and work closely with suppliers to drive quality improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with Engineering teams (e.g., 5-Why, 8D methodologies).
- Ensure all defects identified during qualification testing are properly logged, tracked, and followed up to closure.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping within the ALT laboratory environment.
- Perform routine safety checks, calibration support, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
