Position Overview
About the Job Key Responsibilities: Specimen Collection: - Accurately and timely collection of specimens following DOT guidelines.
- Conduct random and emergency observed urine collections for same-sex donors.
- Collect specimens for drug screenings and additional services.
- Complete and accurately fill out Chain of Custody (COC) and Alcohol Testing Forms.
- Properly label and package specimens for transport, ensuring the correct forms are used.
- Upload, fax, and mail COC and Alcohol Testing Forms within 24 hours.
- Dispatched to onsite collections & events.
Transportation and Record Management: - Safely and promptly transport specimens, supplies, equipment, and materials to designated destinations.
- Maintain detailed records of each specimen collected and support record deletion processes as directed.
