Position Overview
Guest Entry Management - Supervise entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed access.
- Verify identification and adherence to legal age restrictions for entry.
- Check tickets or cover charges as applicable.
- Enforce dress codes and venue-specific guest policies.
Team Supervision - Oversee door staff including bouncers and ticket takers.
- Train new staff members on entry procedures, security protocols, and guest service standards.
- Assign tasks and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Security and Safety - Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter unwanted behavior and ensure guest safety.
- Handle difficult situations such as denying entry to intoxicated patrons or addressing confrontations.
- Coordinate with security personnel to manage crowd control and respond to emergencies.
Customer Service
