Post Title: Domiciliary Care & Support Worker.

Reports To: The Registered Manager / Office Care – Coordinator.

Purpose of the Role: To provide high‑quality, compassionate, and person‑centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, in line with their personalised care plans, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Fundamental Standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Care & Support Worker

1. Personal Care & Support

• Assist Service Users with all physical, personal and social needs including washing, dressing/undressing, shaving, oral care, hair care and toileting needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
