The organisation delivers specialist, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse, helping individuals and families rebuild their lives, improve their wellbeing and move towards long-term independence.
Your new role
As a Domestic Abuse Intervention Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living within safe accommodation. You will manage a caseload of residents, carrying out risk and needs assessments, developing tailored support plans and delivering both one-to-one and group-based interventions.
