Job Description
The Documentation Specialist takes architect drafts and turns them into publication-ready deliverables that Charter can use for years post-engagement. Diagrams, formatting, document structure, version control, and final QA all run through this role.

This role also produces Knowledge Transfer materials — slide decks, recorded session materials, and reference handouts that Charter L3–L4 engineers will use to onboard team members or refresh their understanding after the engagement closes.

Aligned to Charter's stated preference for EU-based nearshore resources (not Asia-based). EU time zones provide sufficient overlap with Charter's US East Coast operations for daily collaboration, and the nearshore model reduces engagement cost without compromising quality.

Produce publication-ready versions of all design deliverables: HLD, LLD, NIST mapping, compensating controls documentation, IAM/PAM design, data diode design, NTP design.
