Position Overview

            Occupli are delighted to exclusively partner with leading supplier of Process Equipment & Engineering Solutions into the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Biotechnology Industries in Ireland & UK.
The continued expansion of Irish and UK has resulted in the permanent requirement for the following position: Documentation Controller
Reporting to the Documentation Business Unit Leader, and joining the Documentation team, this position will be based in Cork.
Duties of the Role include:
Documentation control.
Logging of all orders requiring full documentation packages on “Main Log in Intact IQ. Certification
logged on doc Certs also to be logged on Intact IQ.
Issuing Vendor Document Schedule (VDS) to each customer.
Check Sales orders against customer PO’s.
