Position Overview
**What you’ll do:**
The Document Controller is responsible for managing the flow of project documentation across multiple projects, ensuring all documents are correctly registered, submitted, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company and client requirements.
This role focuses on process coordination, document control accuracy, and system management, supporting project delivery teams in a structured and controlled documentation environment.
**Document Control & Registers**
+ Maintain and manage technical submittal and request for information registers using approved templates
+ Ensure all project documentation is accurately logged, version-controlled, and traceable
+ Track submission status, approvals, and outstanding actions
+ Provide regular reporting on documentation status
**Technical Submittals & RFI Management**
