Responsibilities

Leads and inspires the dock team to achieve operational goals and KPIs Promotes and fosters a strong Employee Health and Safety culture Processes all inbound loads from various origins and P&D; terminal in a timely basis Ensures all outbound loads depart on time and full as per network schedule Drives revenue growth through accessorial/cubing/reweigh activities Maintains appropriate staffing/equipment levels that are aligned with volumes and budget Provides daily accurate reporting of KPIs and activities Monitors and checks dock processes frequently to ensure quality and compliance Delivers solid effective communication to the dock team Mentors, coaches and develops their supervisors for growth opportunities Coordinates building and yard maintenance Collaborates with other departments in the spirit of continuous improvement Complies with all Corporate policies and procedures Qualifications
