Position Overview
Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert The District Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores in addition to being accountable for performing all duties necessary for the proper functioning of a number of stores on a daily basis. It is a critical position at Dollarama that reports directly to the Director of Operations. The District Manager directs all operational activities for 10 to 18 stores, including: day-to-day operations, employee development, merchandising, recruitment and training activities, store openings, financial reporting, sales, productivity, labour and inventory management. He/She is responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met for the territory. He/She will lead store managers and indirectly a team of approximately ten (10) or more employees for each store.
