Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Compiling management information and preparation of reporting
Management of Luxembourg Terms of Business and Distribution Agreements approval process
Working with key Suppliers to resolve issues and building strong working relationships
Dealing with queries both telephone and written
Completing oversight of Distributors and Distribution Activity
Be quick to respond to issues and proactive in finding effective solutions
Building strong relationships with Luxembourg Operations stakeholders
Performs local Operational support activities
Supporting the Operations Director and ensuring coverage of key process as part of a small local team
Where necessary represent the team on Projects providing input and feedback as appropriate
