Responsibilities

• Being a role model and leading a team to ensure the effective dispatch of all flights to our customer with accurate specifications
• Working alongside the Shift Manager to fulfill the accuracy of our stock control, handling Goods In, delivering excellence in your work
• Ensuring the exceptional DO & CO quality is maintained at its highest level with maximum efficiency in accordance with DO & CO regulations as set by the Quality Assurance team
• Ensuring you adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements with the DFT and security
• Defining systems of working to ensure quality of product, problems are resolved with solutions and continuous improvement initiatives are instigated
