Disputes Lawyer (3–6 PQE) – Commercial Litigation / Arbitration We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Disputes Lawyer with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded disputes practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors, including commercial litigation, international arbitration, shareholder disputes, contractual claims, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and contentious matters.
- Assist in managing litigation and arbitration proceedings from inception through to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on dispute resolution options.
- Support partners and senior lawyers on high-profile and cross-border matters.
