This role is ideal for a Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE who enjoys managing their own caseload and advising clients on complex and high-value disputes. The role involves handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, Co-ownership disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate, managing cases from pre-action through to settlement or trial.
