About the Role
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the dispatch of Field Service Engineers, managing logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers in the UK and Ireland. This role requires strong communication skills, logistical expertise and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service activities: organise service visits and preventive maintenance schedules for Field Service Engineers.
• Manage logistics and service delivery: order and coordinate spare parts, track service progress to ensure timely completion, and provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure service quality and data accuracy: handle service queries and escalations while maintaining accurate, high‑quality records in dispatch and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
