RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect soiled dishes from dining areas and transport them to the kitchenEnsure soiled dishes are stacked properly so that they can be picked up easily for washing purposesClean dishes and flatware with water in order to clear them of dirtSoap down dishes and ensure that they are rinsed properlyPlace washed dishware and flatware on drying racksLoad soap and water into dishwashersPlace dishes appropriately in the dishwasherRemove washed dishes from the dishwasherStack dishes properly in cupboardsSweep kitchen floor and take trash outEnsure that the kitchen floor is properly sanitizedEnsure that all dish cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked ...
