**Position Summary**

Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment. This is a part time position.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Ensures utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment are sanitized and available as needed.
+ Maintains a clean and sanitized kitchen area, in accordance with local code standards.
+ Operates and maintains various machines and equipment. Troubleshoots malfunctions and escalates as needed.
+ Assists with food preparation duties.
