RUMI'S KITCHEN DISHWASHER Responsibilities:

• Load, run and unload dish machine OR properly wash dishes in handwash triple sink in accordance to DOH policies
• Keep the dish area clean and report any functional or mechanical problems with dish machine immediately.
• Monitor dish machine and/or triple sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware according to health codes.
• Follow sanitation guidelines set forth by LADOH.
• Follow weekly cleaning schedule in order to maintain the standards of the restaurant
• Keep dish area clean and organized.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. If running low, inform manager before it runs out. ...
