Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipmentPolish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standardsMaintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfacesClean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environmentEmpty, clean, and return trash bins as neededAssist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projectsQualifications:
