. Maintain a visible presence across school spaces (e.g. corridors,
canteen) through systematic patrols to support student behaviour
and safety
. Respond promptly to emerging discipline cases during the school
day
. Support the implementation of school routines and expectations
(e.g. grooming checks, late-coming monitoring etc) to reinforce a
culture of self-discipline
Ensure timely and consistent case investigation and disciplinary actions
. Conduct fair, objective, and thorough investigations into student
discipline cases
. Support the implementation of disciplinary actions such as
detention, school service, in-house suspension, behavioural
monitoring and other discipline-related follow-ups
Maintain discipline records and support data analysis
