Position Overview
Job Description & Requirements 1. Investigative & Case Support - Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact‑finding interviews
- Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant KPs for directions
2. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up - Supervise daily detention sessions and after‑school CWO
- Maintain attendance and behavioural records during the detention sessions
- Support Student Management Team and Year Heads with student reflection and restitution activities, including facilitating student reflection on choices, consequences and improvement strategies
- Ensure detention and CWO tasks are meaningful and developmental in nature
3. In‑House Suspension Support - Help establish a structured environment for suspended students
- Support learning continuity during suspension
