**Description**

The Director, Trend Foresight will be a core member of the Consumer Foresight and Predictive Analytics Team . This role will lead the sensing & anticipating of trends & opportunities at a global level . He/She will lead the ongoing sensing and identification of trends on tik tok , insta using multiple platforms & data. He/She will separate the meaningful trends vs. fads linking it to the societal compass. This role will be responsible for bringing in trends from all the markets, regions collaborating with ELCers at the regional and market level. This role will also be responsible for creating the societal compass that will drive innovation prioritization and breakthrough creation . He/she will ensure societal, cultural , category trends is heard and drive insight to action using compelling storytelling to inspire action that unlocks business growth.
