Responsible for revenue growth primarily for a diverse segment of clients and corridors under Transaction Banking (TB). The role collaborates with global, regional, and country coverage teams and other CIB product partners and industry bankers to formulate and execute client strategies for targeted businesses to maximize shareholder value, identify and create areas of competitive advantage, and align with Standard Chartered’s overall country strategic aspirations for the sector. Builds, coordinates and drives a high‑performing transaction banking team across Product, Implementation, Services, Digital Channels Solutions Team, and support functions, fostering a sales culture to achieve financial and non‑financial targets on the scorecard.
