Director Tendering

Position Overview

The Director – Tendering is responsible for leading the end-to-end tendering, procurement planning, bid evaluation, and contract award processes for all development projects across the organization. The role ensures the selection of qualified contractors, consultants, and suppliers through transparent, competitive, and commercially advantageous tendering processes while maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance, quality, and cost optimization.

The incumbent will work closely with Development, Design, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to drive procurement excellence and support the successful delivery of the company's real estate portfolio.
