The Director, Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice Solutions is a leadership role that drives business strategy and product development within a large country or regional environment. The role is responsible for aligning the practice with global solutions and services strategy, managing the practice growth, and ensuring sustainable performance across the assigned geography.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of the regional practice strategy, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
• Lead and manage the transformation and growth of the practice across the assigned geography, portfolio, and/or solution.
• Own and optimize the solution portfolio investment, aligning with business strategies and priorities.
