ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the VP Global Sales Engineering and execute the overall strategy for the APAC region Solutions & Sales Engineering team in alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled solutions and sales engineers across APAC region countries, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Drive innovation within the Solutions & Sales Engineering team, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
