Innovation & Idea Incubation Leadership
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of idea incubation from problem discovery and hypothesis framing to prototyping, validation, and graduation or termination. Establish repeatable incubation frameworks using design thinking, Lean Startup, and experiment‑driven development. Champion a culture of experimentation, learning velocity, and evidence‑based decision‑making in high‑ambiguity environments. Ensure early‑stage experimentation incorporates domain realities from Buildings, Security, and Industrial contexts, avoiding innovation that cannot transition to real deployments.
