Develop, take ownership of, and regularly update the multi-year strategic roadmap for the partnership, covering market landscape analysis, evaluation of institutional capabilities and development gaps, vision formulation, definition of strategic pillars, and robust financial modelling.
Lead the full-cycle execution of strategic initiatives, including structured project management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective implementation.
Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings to engage key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and align parties toward the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
