Overview

Mastercard is seeking a commercially driven Merchant Cloud sales leader to join the Customer Solutions Centre (CSC) as Director, Sales Specialist, Acceptance and Merchant Solutions, Southeast Asia. This role is primarily accountable for driving Merchant Cloud revenue growth across SEA, with clear ownership of pipeline development, deal origination, complex sales execution, and commercial closure. The successful candidate will lead sales of Mastercard’s Merchant Cloud platform (gateway, orchestration, value‑added services) across acquirers, payment facilitators, ISVs, PSPs, and large strategic merchants.
