Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Deep understanding of the automotive manufacturing process and market dynamics. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM a- Results-driven and customer-focused. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
