Position Overview

The Regional Practice Director drives both short- and long-term organizational growth by influencing revenue cycle performance across a portfolio of ambulatory and physician practices within an assigned region. This role provides hands-on regional leadership focused on standardization, continuous improvement, and alignment to revenue cycle best practices in partnership with clinical, revenue cycle, and technology stakeholders.

This position requires a strong onsite presence (approximately 75% travel) within Connecticut to support regional practices and ensure consistent execution and performance outcomes.
